A 78% decline in just 8 years<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This marks <a href=\"https:\/\/mattfife.com\/?p=14105\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/mattfife.com\/?p=14105\">another major commercial property sold at more than a 70% discount in Portland<\/a>.
