{"id":228,"date":"2008-09-06T17:25:12","date_gmt":"2008-09-06T21:25:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mattfife.net\/wordpress\/?p=228"},"modified":"2008-09-06T17:25:12","modified_gmt":"2008-09-06T21:25:12","slug":"boston-day-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mattfife.com\/?p=228","title":{"rendered":"Boston &#8211; Day 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Arrived at Boston and it&#8217;s a bit warm and humid &#8211; something different than the usual Pac Northwest I&#8217;ve grown so accustom to.<\/p>\n<p>Did an overnight red-eye then hit the ground running when my brother arrived a few hours later.\u00a0 We went over to Harvard (or Havhad if you please) and toured around.\u00a0 Got to get our picture in front of <a href=\"http:\/\/cartalk.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dewey, Cheatem, and Howe<\/a>.\u00a0 Wandered around the campus a bit and saw the sights, stopped into the bookstores\/shops nearby and generally had a good time.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mattfife.net\/special\/boston\/IMG_0005.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mattfife.net\/special\/boston\/IMG_0005.jpg?w=300\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We also ran down to MIT and also saw the Good News Garage &#8211; the home of the Cartalk guys.\u00a0 Fabulous.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arrived at Boston and it&#8217;s a bit warm and humid &#8211; something different than the usual Pac Northwest I&#8217;ve grown so accustom to.
