A beaver running loose on the freeway caused traffic delays in Lake Oswego this morning. The beaver ran up and down the 217 on-ramp from I-5 NB until ODOT workers managed to trap him in a barrel. He was then set free in the woods just off the freeway.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
